OYO Flagship 70329 Hotel Expo Golf Link

We arrived at 3 am on 03.10.24 after paying in full, and the experience was a disaster. There is no building at CD-68, just an open plot, according to the security staff. They said the owner was handling bookings through CD-69. At CD-69, they wouldn't honor the payment we had already made and made us pay offline again. The room was filthy and smelly, with no AC, towels, soap, working shower, or room service. We called OYO for a refund. They arranged a group call with the property owner, but a man claiming to be the owner said we'd reached the wrong destination, promised to take us to the right place, and gave us his number. After the call, we tried it and found it was a wrong number. OYO still refused a refund, saying the property owner had already provided a solution. Escalating the matter did no good. We sincerely feel this is a vicious circle, and OYO may also be part of this fraud gang. Never book this property, and never pay in advance.
