Stiltstay - Managed by AHG

I spent 5-6 days here for a relative's wedding. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean, and the ambiance was very nice. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, even with the many different requests people had during a marriage function. I never heard anyone say no, and there was always someone ready to assist. The location is a little inside, but it's a good choice if you want peace away from the city's hustle. It works well for functions, corporate meetings, or a simple stay. I should mention Mr. Anand, whose exact designation I don't know. He was always around the reception area with a smile. I'll surely visit again.

We stayed from 29 jan for wofa. The amenities were all there, including slippers, soap, a toothbrush, and towels. The rooms, location, and food were very good, and the food was really delicious.

This place felt unsafe and unhygienic, and the behavior toward me was harassing. It's secluded in the middle of a highway, so don't judge it by the pictures. They surrounded and threatened me until I paid extra in cash, which I had to do. I can't recommend booking here. They are goons, and when someone like me gets looted, no one helps. Booking. Com didn't help either, offering irrational solutions and nothing on the spot, only a written mail from the property that was a joke to the revenue manager. If words didn't help, I couldn't expect a written apology. The property also denied receiving any mail from the third party. This is a shady lodge, not for families or couples.

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff stayed polite and helpful throughout. I'd highly recommend the hotel.
