Mayfair Purnea

That balcony view of the green lawn was such a lovely way to wake up. Our room was lovely too, and after the long drive from Guwahati, the hotel felt like a refreshing place to arrive. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. Papiya and Kuldeep gave us a wonderfully relaxing massage, one of the highlights of our visit. The staff were welcoming and professional the whole time.

The property has a pleasant setting and good ambience, but the restaurant service was very poor. The waiter seemed inadequately trained and didn't show the professionalism I expect from a five-star hotel. Service was the biggest letdown, and the experience fell short of the standards the property promises.

My sister’s wedding at Mayfair Hotels and Resorts in Purnea ended up being a memorable celebration because the ground team stepped in and helped us through a stressful time. I’m grateful to the people who made her day feel special. The difficult part was dealing with the "Corporate Man". I won’t name him, but management knows who I mean. His attitude and handling of things caused a lot of mental stress and nearly spoiled the event. Nitesh Bhaiya made us feel secure when things were chaotic. His personal care and warm, humble leadership meant a lot, and I’m grateful for his part in making my sister’s dream come true. Mr. Rupesh Singh also treated us like family. His grace, leadership, and the care he and his team showed were a real comfort to us. Mr. Ashish, Mr. Devashish, and Mr. Jamal worked tirelessly and made us feel at home. Mr. Kalyan kept things on track, and Mr. Rakesh jumped in when we needed help and made a big difference. Executive Chef Satyabrata Jana and his team served fantastic food and took great care of our guests. I hope management encourages these hardworking people. They helped turn a stressful situation into a celebration, and I’m thankful to the Mayfair team for saving the day. Highly recommended. Dr. Akshat Verma

The breakfast team made my mornings especially pleasant. Ms. Kanu Priya and her colleagues were polite, attentive, and quick to help, making sure guests were comfortable and looked after. I also appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout my wonderful stay at Hotel Mayfair, Purnea. I’d highly recommend it.
