We had a very bad one-day stay. There’s no room service, and they don’t have a restaurant, despite a breakfast facility being mentioned. The coffee came without sugar because they said they’d run out, which was a useless answer. The room cost far too much and wasn’t worth even Rs.1000/-. The photos posted are fake, in my view. The room was cramped, the bed was bad, and the bathroom had a transparent glass partition with no privacy. The TV never worked, and they didn’t care when we complained. They claim to have hot water for 24 hours, but we ended up taking cold baths. Reception was useless. The location was dirty, with lots of bars around and dirty people. If you want a pleasant stay, don’t get cheated by booking here. A very, very bad experience.

It’s a convenient choice if you’re traveling by bus, since the hotel is very close to the bus station. I got a nice room with a big window, and the staff can bring food to the room. That’s useful because it’s hard to find a good restaurant nearby.

The hotel is close to the bus station, and the rooms were well maintained. I had a very nice stay with good service, and would recommend it for families as well as business travelers.

I’d be glad to come back. The room was clean, roomy, and well maintained, with the amenities I needed, and the staff were welcoming, courteous, and ready to help. It made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.
