The food was amazing, and the location, facilities, and service all worked well for me. I had a great stay here and would recommend it to my colleagues. Nice place. Mr. Prem

The location and amenities were fine, and the property itself was decent. What spoiled my stay was the staff: they were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful, with little courtesy toward guests. The service needs improvement, and I hope management takes the feedback seriously and trains the team to be more welcoming. I wouldn't recommend staying until that changes.

I traveled with friends and we all had a wonderful stay. The location was really convenient for what I needed, and the rooms were clean and super comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, too. I had a fantastic business trip here and would highly recommend it!

The restaurant was in very poor shape and not clean, even though the food itself was good. The rooms also fell short, and what we found was completely different from the pictures online. Cleanliness and upkeep need serious attention, along with delivering the standards promised in the listing.

The reviews didn't match what I experienced. The staff seemed unhappy to have me there and weren't helpful. My room was below par, smelled strongly of what seemed like lemon-scented phenyl, and everything looked dirty. Even the lift up to the hotel stank. First impressions were just average. Who puts a hotel inside a dead mall?
