I stayed for two days and really liked the service. The staff were hospitable and professional, and Muzafar handled the food service very well. He made sure we were happy and served us like family. The rooms were good, and the pictures matched what we got. The drawback in our room was that the bathroom had no exhaust.

The view from our private room was unforgettable, and having a heater made it feel cozy. Drung waterfall is nearby too. We only planned to eat elsewhere at first, but the aroma changed our minds. Both days, the staff treated us with respect and were supportive. Mr Waseem from Food n beverages invited guests for breakfast and dinner, then gave everyone attentive, respectful service while we ate. Appreciate it, a must visit!

When our son was injured, the team rushed to help and get us to the hospital. Mr Iqbal was kind, and the General Manager and other staff came with first aid and support. That help during a crisis meant more to us than the food or regular service. Thank you, Marina team and Mr Waseem. You guys are the best, and I'd highly recommend them.

We were celebrating a birthday, and the hotel upgraded our room without us even asking. Such a thoughtful surprise, and it made the trip special. Mr. Dilawar at the front desk handled all the arrangements smoothly, and everyone was welcoming and helpful throughout. The Dhrung waterfall view from the room was stunning. Highly recommend it for the hospitality and that view.

Dilawar, the hotel manager, went out of his way to track down an important document we'd left behind and send it back promptly. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. We stayed at Hotel Marina, Gulmarg during our trip, and it's well located as a comfortable base for exploring Gulmarg. We did have some minor hot water problems, though, and that could be improved.
