I arrived around 2:00 AM, but they wouldn't let me check in even though the booking was confirmed and already paid for. They still wanted another 2000. The staff were useless. No safety or security, and this was the worst hotel experience. Wouldn't recommend it.

We ordered for a team dinner for the second time, and everyone was happy with the food. It was fantastic, and the delivery arrived on time. Really good.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. Even OYO is better.

Spacious room, decent rates, and good food.

Food was good even when we were served at 1 AM, thanks to the 24-hour food service. The reception team were friendly, helpful, and gave great service. The hotel is reasonably priced and well located, though the bathrooms and toilets look poorly maintained and need a redo to bring in more customers.
