I was staying because of a medical emergency, and the service was far below what had been promised. My calls went unanswered, which was highly unprofessional. From February 10th to February 13th, I stayed at the property under the name Mudasar Bashir. I had clearly said when booking that there would be six adults and two children, and was assured extra mattresses would be provided. I was charged an additional ₹500, but they didn’t fulfill that commitment. Instead, we got a dirty mattress that looked like it had been taken from the road, leaving my family very uncomfortable through the night. At the front desk the next morning, they said they couldn’t help and told me to check out before 10 a.m. They said the person who facilitated the booking would handle the refund, but when I contacted him, he told me a refund was “impossible.” I’m requesting an immediate resolution, including a refund of the additional charges and compensation for the inconvenience to my family. I have proof of the conversations and the condition of the amenities, and I’m willing to escalate this to higher authorities and online review platforms if it isn’t resolved promptly. I hope for a positive response as soon as possible.

The Android TV stood out during my three-day business trip to Gurgaon. I could watch the midweek game on a big screen, which was a highlight for a sports fan like me. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and quick to help. Bed Chambers Serviced Apartments is central and well connected, so getting around the city was easy. It offered a great mix of convenience, hospitality, and modern amenities. I’d highly recommend it for business or leisure.

The room had no water in the bathroom the next morning, and my repeated requests to move rooms were refused. The night before, a power cut at 11 PM left the 1BHK completely dark. Reception tried resetting the main circuit breaker (MCB), but it kept tripping, and the lights only came back after an electrician arrived two hours later. I had a confirmed reservation in Sector 40 for June 22, 2025, booking ID TDYY2V. The lack of light and water seriously disrupted my stay and fell short of basic hotel standards. I trust management will address this.

Tara Chand, the caretaker, was helpful throughout our stay. The serviced apartment was clean, well looked after, and had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. It was also in a central, safe area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this Airbnb.
