BluO Luxury Stay - Medicity - Balcony, Tub, TT

The area was peaceful, the room cleaning was on time and satisfactory, and my stay was comfortable. But the kitchen service was extremely disappointing. Even small requests needed several calls, and food took almost two hours to prepare. That was frustrating and really spoiled the experience. The hotel had said complimentary tea or coffee would be available from 5 pm to 6 pm, then later denied it and said that timing had been typed by mistake and it was only available in the morning. Mistakes like that shouldn't happen. Staff also need to know which guests have breakfast included. We had to keep reminding them, which made the service feel disorganized and irritating. The stay itself was good, but service, especially from the kitchen, was slow, poor and unprofessional. The hotel seriously needs to improve its kitchen team and communication with guests.

Kamlesh Ji was especially polite and helpful, and the place was super clean with all the amenities that were mentioned. I had a really great stay and would recommend giving it a try, you won't regret it!

My room was comfortable and well maintained, with a cozy bed, clean linens and a modern bathroom. Housekeeping kept everything tidy and stocked during my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and Lakhan at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and professional. The clean, bright, inviting lobby made a good first impression. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was ordering breakfast: the process has become complicated, and the digital interface doesn't work well.
