The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and there’s plenty of space. The staff are helpful and accommodating, even at odd hours, and the hospitality is as good as it gets. Breakfast was really nice, too. This is the best oyo I’ve ever stayed at.

They didn’t give me dinner because I’d paid online. One staff member said they don’t allow prepaid or online-paid guests, though they did let me stay one night since I was with my mom. I’m grateful for that generosity, so one star. Thanks so much, OYO and Capital O 14259 Pine Grove, for the best experience. I was naive, it was my first hotel stay.

The food was great, the room awesome, and the service the best. It costs more than a townhouse, but it’s worth it. Go with your partner once, and make sure you book a higher category rather than a normal room. You won’t regret it.

The room wasn’t clean. I found someone else’s old shirt in the cupboard, and the floor mat was dirty. They don’t allow outside food, but the in-house food is so costly that you’re better off eating outside before you come.
