The place is now called A One PG and residency, and they have several locations. I stayed there as a paying guest, but they never kept food for me even when I asked. The washing machine is placed upstairs in a bathroom used by a family. I left on March 1st and still haven't received my security deposit. They keep saying the owner is on chutti celebrating holi. What kind of way is that to run things? They are not professional at all. Pathetic experience.

The room was spotless, the service was up to the mark, and the managers' pleasant faces made the stay enjoyable. It's a well-managed property with the basic amenities you'd need at affordable prices, and I felt it was a safe place to stay in Gurugram. I'd have missed this homely place if I had believed the two or three negative reviews. Keep it up, it's hard to find somewhere like this.

I stayed for six days, and this Oyo was easily a tough one for the others to compete with. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere feels so warm and comforting. Don't miss the food, it tastes like ghar ka khana. This is undoubtedly the best and most comfortable Oyo property.

I booked through OYO and paid in advance, but when I got back late from work they had no room for me. I couldn't cancel because of the timing rules in the OYO policy. It was a noisy PG full of couples. They didn't refund my money, and OYO never responded either. Pathetic experience.

It's really close to Medanta Hospital, which is a big plus. The staff are polite and make you feel at home, and both the food quality and service were good. I really liked the rooms and how they treat their customers.
