Collection O 47588 The habitat

The room's infrastructure and interior were good, which is why I gave it three stars. The service cost it the other two: we had to ask for toiletries, towels, and water. Breakfast was the worst part. We booked two days and paid about INR180 extra to include it, but on both mornings there were only two plain parathas for two people. They said the person couldn't go to the market for two days, even though other things were readily available for purchase. They should improve these areas.

We booked through Oyo for around 600 Rupees a night, but when we arrived the hotel refused the booking and said we had to pay an extra 300 Rupees to get a room. The place also didn't feel suitable for families, as it seemed to be a couple-friendly Oyo with couples staying there. My father and I decided not to book and looked for another hotel offline. One of my worst experiences. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there; it isn't worth a rupee.

They don't even know how to speak to people. They refused to let me book through the app.

The atmosphere was cozy, and the facilities were outstanding. We enjoyed the delicious food and the very fast hotel Wi-Fi. Staff were cooperative and behaved really well, and the hotel's amenities were in good condition. Medanta hospital is within walking distance. It was a great experience, and I'd like to stay again.
