Avoid this place. This PG is a scam: they forced everyone out without warning and kept our deposit and rent. It feels dangerous as hell.

Don't stay here. My room wasn't clean, and the heater didn't work. When I asked for the TV remote, the reception staff rudely said there wasn't one or that the TV wasn't working. My oyo booking clearly said breakfast was included, but at check-in the receptionist said they don't provide breakfast at all. The staff were so rude. It was a pathetic experience.

The location on golf course road is good, but everything else was pathetic. The rooms were filthy and smelled bad. When I complained about the linen, management told me stains were normal. I wasted my booking and had to find somewhere else to stay. Read the reviews and book elsewhere, and don't pay in advance or you may lose your money.

I've lived at this PG for a year. The service started out decent, but it's gone downhill quickly. It's very unhygienic and the meals aren't very good. I'd strongly suggest reconsidering and choosing a better kept nearby PG.

Wifi is available and the rooms are excellent, but there's no water in the washroom from 2am until 6am. The menu is vegetarian only. Apart from that, everything is okay.
