We arrived at 5 in the morning after changing our plans and paid 30% more for early check-in, which we were prepared to do. But at check-in, the staff told us to leave by 11, then charged us for another day because we checked out at 1pm. The staff couldn't stick to the company's commitments. A terrible experience at doodle crib, and I wouldn't recommend wasting your money there.
We booked through Oyo, but they still refused to give us a room. The bedsheets were dirty too. Why accept a booking if you can't host the guests? They seem unaware that guests actually check out.
There was a power cut from 5am, so we couldn't get proper sleep. The staff were bad, and just one person was handling both reception and room service.
The rooms are nice and clean, but the practical facilities are lacking. There's no power backup or lift, no kitchen, and nowhere suitable to park.
The entrance looks hideous, and the room wasn't hygienic. There were used, dirty towels and a used soap in it. The staff weren't hospitable or professional.
