We were there for four days, and the rooms were lovely. The breakfast was lovely too, and the staff were very friendly. Rahul was especially prompt with our table service, always rushing around to make sure guests were happy with the food and service. When anything came up, the hotel sorted it quickly. I’d recommend staying here, especially with kids.

After a hectic trip, we found the Hilton clean, hygienic, and good value for money. It was an excellent business stay and a comfortable one we’ll remember. Many thanks to the front office team, especially Ms Suman, and to restaurant manager Mr Arun for staying in touch and making sure we were comfortable and well fed. Keep it up 👍🏻

Mr. Prince, the Security Guard, made a strong impression on me during my visit to DoubleTree by Hilton. He was supportive, polite, and professional, and his clear communication and calm, responsible manner helped me feel safe and comfortable. He helped me a lot, and I really appreciate that. The hotel itself felt comfortable and well managed, and it’s great to see staff so dedicated to their work. Thanks for the excellent service. I’d recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton, Baani Square, Gurgaon for a quiet anniversary break with our child, and the checkout was a lovely end to it. The gentleman at reception was kind and courteous, and we left with the signature DoubleTree cookies. Earlier, the reception team had welcomed us warmly, and the room upgrade was a nice surprise. Saiyam from Guest Relations arranged a small anniversary celebration, complete with a beautifully decorated room and cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The food was delicious, and Chef Prateek Bhati checked in personally, making dinner feel more personal. Traveling with a child can be challenging, but Restaurant Manager Mr. Arun Kumar Shukla made things easy and comfortable. Mr. Dheeraj and Ms. Jaisitara were warm and attentive, bringing hot food promptly and always with a smile. It was a memorable stay full of warmth and care. We’d happily return and recommend the hotel.
