The room and bathroom were neat and clean, and the staff were good too. We had to book another room, though, because we didn't know the check-in time. OYO hadn't explained the check-in conditions in the description, so please add them there.
I booked for myself on 16 SEP 19 and was let down by the receptionist, though the service staff were good. He was rude to me and behaved badly with two friends who came by for a few minutes. When I checked out the next day, he added an item I hadn't ordered to my bill and pressured me to pay. I paid and left, but I won't stay here again. Please hire professional, polite staff and give everyone a proper dress code, especially the receptionist. He should look presentable and act courteously.
The owner was polite, but the room was disgusting. The bathroom smell filled the whole place. The photos made it look like a great deal, but after this stay I wouldn't stay at ANY OYO again.
Honestly, please don't choose Oyo for your stay. This hotel was very cheap, but they didn't wash the sheets or clean the property. Customer care promised 5-star facilities, and what we actually got was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
The room itself was clean, well kept, and a good experience, and the staff were helpful. Room service was nice too. It's far from Gurgaon, though, and there isn't a kitchen or nearby food because the hotel is in an outer area. Staff can arrange food if you ask.
