The food really stood out for me, especially the breakfast with its range of choices. Service was super fast, and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were clean, modern, and had great amenities. Everything felt luxurious and looked aesthetic, and the prime location made it easy to reach attractions. Best hotel I've visited. I'd highly recommend it for business or leisure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

The ambiance is nice, and there's a banquet hall for parties. The hotel has world-class facilities, top-class service, and amazing food. I'd highly recommend it.

I've stayed at Addition hotel many times before, but this visit was a very bad experience. The rooms and service are good, though the service is very slow. The staff at reception had no time to talk, argued with me, and didn't answer when I called the landline. When the CLL wasn't getting installed, I thought it might be a technical issue, but I also told reception it was lost while the CLL was being done. Cleaning wasn't done at all, the staff didn't seem to be passing time, and they neither listened to nor guided guests. There was no menu and no towel in the rooms. The food was very expensive, too. The main thing is, guests aren't valued. I'm in the hospitality line myself, and I don't know what your staff are teaching me or not.

The female receptionist came across as arrogant and lacking in manners. She needs to improve her hospitality skills.
