Some of my belongings were stolen, and when I told the owner and manager, they reacted as though I was making it up. The manager was outright rude and said keeping my things safe wasn't his responsibility. The owner was unbelievable and asked us, 'How can I believe your stuff was there?' They clearly don't know how to run a hotel or treat guests.

There were several useful points: the room setup and hygiene, room service, free wifi up to 500 MB, parking, complimentary breakfast, and good in-room dining. It's also near a metro station. The downside is that the hotel is in a poor locality, which is why the rates are low.

The room was good, but the service was poor and the staff had a bad attitude.
