I arranged a Lohri party in the hotel's banquet hall, and the arrangements, decor, and ambiance were spot on. Mr. Pavan handled all my requirements well, with support from Mr. Ali. The staff were prompt, courteous, and disciplined. In the end, the food is what decides whether a party succeeds, regardless of the setup. Chef Anirban took care of it, and all my guests told me how much they enjoyed the food. Five stars for the food. Thanks to the team at Effotel for making the party memorable.

Getting here is easy since it’s right in Sector 29, Gurugram, and well connected by different ways to travel. The staff’s behavior and the ambience made the meal even more enjoyable. There’s a wide choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, and the buffet packages are great too. It’s a spot I’d recommend for a birthday or corporate party, especially if you’re a real foodie.

I paid just 1.6k, and the room interior was easily at a 3-star standard for that price. The ambience was great too. When the room I’d booked wasn’t available, they upgraded me without charging extra. The security guards were also excellent, especially when they helped me out with parking.

The restaurant’s food seems to be the hotel’s standout feature, and the staff were courteous. It has plenty of parking, the rooms are really good, and the Sector 29 location is just right. I understand it has reopened under a new owner group. Amazing hotel.

I come here regularly, and it’s been a great experience every time, whether I’m on a business trip or travelling with family or friends. The location feels safe and is nice. The staff are excellent, and hygiene is maintained according to the COVID guidelines.
