The food wasn’t good and the presentation was third class. The bathroom was dirty, with pink pan spit, and the door wouldn’t open from inside because of a latch problem. The internet didn’t work either. They asked for the full payment at midnight, around 12:00. Overall, the hotel and staff are lousy. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this group’s hotels.

I went back for a second stay because I loved the first one. The rooms were neat and clean, the environment was peaceful, and there was a gym on the ground floor and beautiful balconies. The one thing they could improve is providing packed drinking water.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and there was only a Medimix soap, with no shampoo or moisturizer. Under the bed and table was dirty too. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels were stained and filthy, so I had to ask staff to replace them. Even the replacements had cigarette burns. A very bad stay.
