Fabexpress Primero I

The rooms are spacious, but they aren't maintained well. Getting basic things like a light and coffee is difficult, and there's nowhere to get breakfast before 10:30. The manager is always on his phone, and the assistant is just as lazy. I'd avoid this place.

The staff were helpful, and the location worked well for my office in DLF phase 1, sector 26A, about a 900-meter walk away. The room was spacious but on the older side, and might need cleaning. For a budget stay, it's a decent option.

Breakfast was supposed to arrive by 8 am, but it came after 9, even after I asked repeatedly. The booking had included breakfast. The room I booked was in bad shape, with poor hygiene, a dirty bathroom, a missing fridge plug that meant we had to use a bare wire, and an AC remote that didn't work. There's not much choice for outside food nearby, shops close at 10 pm, and there is no public transport. We were also asked to pay the full amount right after checking in at 3 am. The other photos on Google are edited.

A few things in the room weren't in good shape, but it was quite large for the price. I felt I got my money's worth.
