The front desk team was helpful, and room service was very good, so I gave it 3 stars. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, which suits people who aren't after a lively setting. The rooms look newly built, but housekeeping is lacking: lots of things were missing and had to be requested. The AC was noisy, and cleaning seemed limited to dusting and making the bed.

Room service was really quick, and the food was amazing. I stayed at hotel aashiyaana paradise with my family last week, and we booked two rooms. Both rooms were clean and well arranged, and check-in took hardly any time. Had a great stay, and I'd book here again when I'm in Gurugram. Thumbs up 👍🏼 😇

AYUSHI was a big help, thank you to her. The rooms were very clean, the food was good, and the service overall gave me a very good experience. I'd recommend this place to people I know.

The TV and internet didn't work, and the staff, including the receptionist and owner, came across as very arrogant and poor at customer service. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. It was just pathetic, and I would never choose it again.

The area is posh, and the rooms feel spacious, airy, and clean. Staff were caring and spoke gently, and the food was good quality. Really lovely hospitality.
