Being close to the metro makes the location really convenient, and I've stayed in three of their rooms. They were spacious and quite good, though most, if not all, of the doors need maintenance. Service can be slow, and I had to repeat requests several times. I'd still stay here and accept those issues, but there's room to improve.

The welcoming staff and their attention to little details made the stay feel special. It's a charming, cozy spot at a budget-friendly price, a real hidden gem for a pleasant stay without spending too much.

We couldn't check in and ended up standing by reception at 8pm with my parents, left to sort things out ourselves. The owner was cooperative and did everything he could to help. I give 5 stars for his helpfulness, but minus 5 for the mismanagement.

This was my first stay with my wife, and it was a bad one. The rooms weren't good, and they lacked the facilities shown in the Make My Trip pictures. Since we'd booked in advance, I expected the owner to listen, but he said all rooms on the 1st to 3 floor had been booked a month earlier. Going by the reviews, Oyo rooms seem much better.

The room was cozy, and service was excellent. Staff clearly paid attention to guest satisfaction throughout my stay. Fab Hotel is unbeatable for value for money.
