FabHotel Altus DLF Phase 2

I was only here for a day, and it was a nightmare. At reception, the hotel owner was rude and refused to check me in because I'd booked at a discounted price. They told me to sort it out with the booking partner and left me standing there, exhausted and frustrated, for 1.5 hours over something that wasn't my fault. The room had no slippers or soap, and bugs were crawling on the floor. I complained and went back to reception to ask for a different room or pest control, but nobody did anything. The service and condition of the hotel were awful. The staff don't seem to care, cleanliness is nonexistent, and management is terrible. Don't book here, even if the price looks like a good deal.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. The stay is in a well connected location and felt safe. My room was clean, well maintained, and everything worked. It also had useful amenities like a locker, mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi, kettle, and face mirror. I found the place cozy and really liked the ambience. Highly recommended.

I booked after speaking with the Fabhotel agent. Half a day later, an email came saying the hotel had been changed to Fabhotel Altus. Who changes a hotel? After more calls and back and forth, I was told it was already sold out for a marriage, even though they'd booked it for me. It took about a day's worth of calls, but somehow I got a cancellation and refund. Pathetic experience, and the whole business felt really shady.

Comfortable stay, with clean rooms and polite staff.
