There was a water supply problem in the toilet. Early in the morning there was no water; it came a little later and delayed my plans to leave. I’d seen that some people had posted about this issue in Google Maps reviews. The room had no slippers, and bed tea wasn’t available in the morning until 9 am, so an early checkout might mean missing something as basic as a cup of tea. The hotel doesn’t show its name on a banner outside, as though it’s trying to hide its identity, and the reception area isn’t marked either. At first they gave me a very bad room, but after I raised the issues, they changed it to a better one. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. There was no cleanliness at all, and even the bedsheets were very dirty and unwashed. Not suitable for a family.

Rahul is so calm and welcoming at the front desk, and the hospitality is exceptional. Definitely recommend it for a short trip.

The restaurant was a highlight for me, with fresh, tasty food that was nicely presented. The hotel itself felt clean and elegant as soon as I arrived. My room was spacious and well kept, with a fresh smell and a really comfortable bed. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, and made me feel welcome. Getting to major attractions and transport was easy from this location. I had a fantastic, relaxing stay and would happily return. Five stars.

I booked four rooms for four days, but left the very next day because of the problems. This is a house converted into single rooms, not really a hotel. People come here to smoke and drink in the rooms, the toilet wasn't working, and there was just one guy running the place around the clock with no other staff. Please don't stay here. One of the worst in Gurugram.
