My wife and I have stayed here, and found the hotel customer-friendly. Mr Bablu, the manager, knows his job, is prompt, and makes sure customers are satisfied. The rooms are clean and well lit, the staff are courteous, and the food quality is very nice. Service still needs improvement. Good luck to everyone!

I stay here regularly when I’m on week-long trips, and would recommend it for short or long stays. The location is good, the rooms are clean, and the maintenance and cleaning service are excellent. Reception manager Guddu is very polite and always available, and the rest of the staff are courteous too. Breakfast and the in-house menu are good.

Aroma is a fitting name for this hotel. The property feels secure, the rooms are spacious and well cleaned, and the washrooms are spacious and clean too. Staff are polite and generous, the service is good, and the food is tasty and hygienic.

Manager "Guddu Kumar" was a big help throughout my month-long stay, and service staff "Nitish" and "Manjeet" were exceptionally good the whole time. From beginning to end, the staff showed real dedication to good service and making guests feel at home. The comfort, hospitality, and attention to detail made it a lovely stay. Aroma Residency feels like a home away from home, and I’d recommend it for both short visits and longer stays. Thank you, Aroma Residency.
