FabHotel Infinity Stays

Management is the main problem. Residents reported several facility issues, but nothing was done for weeks. Once you move in, they’re very unresponsive to complaints. After arriving, it feels like the only way out is to forget about your deposit.

I spent a year here and made some interesting friends. The place has positive vibes, the food is delicious, and hygiene is maintained well. The staff were cooperative, especially Hossain and Ravi, who helped whenever I needed them. I’d be happy to stay again when I come to Gurgaon.

I lived here for seven months and had a great time. The staff are polite and well behaved. Hussain was always there to help with anything. I’d love to come back.

I stayed one night on 13 November 2024, and it was a mess. The rooms and washrooms were very dirty, the TV and geyser didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi was useless. Even a cup of tea took at least half an hour. Breakfast was included, but when I asked, I was told only aloo paratha or a bread sandwich was available, and that took over half an hour too. There was no kitchen service from noon until 2:20 pm because the cook wasn’t there. Completely unsatisfactory.
