FabHotel Rivlet Residency

Everything else was good, but the bathroom door kept jamming and locking. The parking was outside the premises, which looked a little risky.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were supportive, but the rooms smelled bad and didn't look like the photos. The bed sheets need cleaning, and the skirtings are broken. They should take care of those things.

Nobody seems to come to this hotel, so when someone does show up, the staff start asking for money for everything. They wanted 500 per person for an early stay, plus extra for a dental kit and towels. The staff are very rude and don't know how to speak to guests. A guy named akash spoke to me very badly and treated me poorly right through to the end. Please never book here.

Everything had a strong damp smell, and both the room and the service were awful. I made a big mistake paying the full booking amount through FabHotels. If I'd known what it would be like, I would have avoided this place. When I asked to move rooms, the staff said none were vacant.
