Flock Hotel

I’ve stayed here several times for short work trips to Gurgaon and Delhi, and I keep coming back for the location and rooms. The hotel is right beside Phase 1 metro station, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and good quality. Staff are good, and there’s a small in-house restaurant where I found the food good too. It’s a functional stay at the right price, whether you’re traveling for work or personally. Highly recommended.

The refund refusal after I couldn’t travel during the Punjab floods was really disappointing. I had booked through Goibibo, whose team tried several times to reach the hotel, but got no response before my request was denied. Expecting guests to travel on flooded roads felt unrealistic, and a bit of flexibility during a natural disaster would have helped. I’d already had a poor experience during my stay on 21-22 August. The staff didn’t seem very courteous, I felt judged because of my ethnicity, and even a small request for a type-C charger was turned down. It didn’t feel like there was much effort to meet guests’ needs. I gave the hotel another chance by booking again, but my experience overall has been negative.

The location is convenient and easy to reach, and the rooms themselves are fine. But the bedsheets and pillows had visible stains and didn’t seem fresh. I personally didn’t feel the property was keeping up with hygiene, so cleanliness needs attention.

The management was understanding and quick to respond to residents, which made living there comfortable. Housekeeping also kept the place spotless. I really enjoyed coliving at this excellent property in DLF Phase 1.
