There are cockroaches in the units, and there hasn’t been an effective way to deal with them. Appliances in the rooms are often swapped for lower-quality ones, and both the cleaning and staff service have been poor. Security is poor too, anyone can walk into the apartment at any time. We left our room in good condition with no damage, yet part of the deposit was deducted at checkout without explanation. Staff haven’t answered our questions about it.

The location wasn’t posh, the outside street was very dirty, and the GF was extremely dusty and smelly. The rooms were tiny, with rent of 30k for properties that should actually be 20k. Don’t trust the AI-generated pictures they send on WhatsApp. I feel for the people who’ve left 1-star reviews.

This feels like a way to take tenants’ deposits, so be careful if you want to avoid being overcharged and losing your hard-earned money.
