Hotel City Premier

Breakfast was a mess. Everything had run out, and after we were told to wait five minutes, our group waited 40 minutes for tea. They brought coffee instead and then apologized. Earlier, the nine of us had booked three rooms for three people each but were refused check-in, leaving us waiting at reception for two hours. When we finally got a room, the washroom smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned. The staff didn't seem able to solve any problems. Ridiculous experience.

The reception staff were polite, but housekeeping was the worst I've experienced. Our room was booked for two, yet there was only one towel, and it had no mug, bucket, or drinking water. I asked the receptionist for plates and bowls. They contacted housekeeping three or four times, but nothing was brought.

After waiting for hours and making repeated calls, customer support kept putting me on hold and then disconnecting. I was left to stay at the same property overnight because neither customer support nor the captain answered my call. I checked out early in the morning, uncomfortable even using the toilet. The front desk argued with me and wouldn't provide the senior contact number, and customer support offered no resolution. The rooms weren't clean or hygienic, had no ventilation, and the bathrooms stank. Check a property's condition before putting it under your premium brands.

The room was clean and beautiful, and the staff were sweet and caring. It's easy to get there and close to the metro station. Customer support was good, and I didn't have any security problems. For that price, I haven't found a better hotel in Gurgaon yet.
