Breakfast took two and a half hours to arrive, and cleanliness was only okay. Nobody was at reception much of the time, so checking out took ages. Oyo bookings may not be accepted, and they may ask for extra money. You also can't take photos or videos inside, so the public won't see what the rooms are really like. The room was average, with stained bedsheets, and I had to keep asking for basics like toiletries and towels. My PG room looks much better.

We booked two rooms for four people, but only got four buckets of water in total from check-in to checkout. There was no water for drinking or showering, and the bathroom was gross. At about 11:45 p.m., they told us the nearest place to buy water was 2 km away; when we pushed them to help, they said they would charge double. The place was still under construction, there was no lift, and the property looked very different from the photos. Staff weren't helpful, there was no Wi-Fi, and they gave me Dettol hand soap when I asked for hand and body wash. I also paid 800 rupees for room decoration, and it was the worst decoration I could have expected. I'm really disappointed with OYO's service. I wouldn't go back until construction is finished.

I booked through the Oyo app at around 700 per night, not 300. That was the price listed for what you call a hotel, which was worse than a dharamshala. In your reply to my earlier review, you told a guest to stay at a dharamshala, which showed your low standard of hospitality. If you don't accept the prices on the app, don't list your property there. Simple. Good luck with your scam to loot people. Hope you get well soon.

The stay was otherwise normal, but my room had mosquitoes and cockroaches and wasn't clean. The sink drain pipe was broken, so water ran all over the bathroom. They moved me to another room.
