Hotel Pace Hero Honda Chowk

This PG is at Hero Honda chowk, opposite BBT, in an outer area of gurgaon that didn't feel safe at night. Outsiders may also find it hard to adjust because the localites are very dominating. The rooms vary in size despite costing the same, and they're very small, with just enough room for a double bed. Bathrooms are attached but cramped and uncomfortable, and the seats were broken. Food is limited and poor quality. You can't get more than two paranthas at breakfast, and there's no lunch, just breakfast and dinner. If you can, look for a better place or another PG. I don't recommend this one.

I stayed here in November 2021 and had a terrible experience. Staff behavior was awful, and they were very rude when speaking with me. This is effectively a PG, with students renting rooms in the hotel. If you check in with a hotel booking, you'll be treated like a PG student.

The balcony was the best part for me, especially if you're looking for a budget hotel near BBT. The service was good too, and the hotel was hygienic. It can also work as a Paying Guest place, and I'd be happy to live here as a Paying guest. The bathroom locks were quite loose and hard to lock, though. Thanks, sir, for such a good hotel.

We booked for two adult ladies and a child, but at around 10 pm they suddenly asked for Rs.500 more or said the second adult had to leave. We'd already paid for both women, yet they said the previous reception staff had made a mistake. The total was Rs.2500 plus taxes, and the second lady still wasn't allowed. It felt like blackmail, and it was disgraceful. There was constant noise from reception, and we had to ask three times for glasses to give medicine to the child. Staff were extremely rude and, despite our asking in advance, wouldn't let us bring food for the child. The only food they allowed was pizzas. We'd specifically asked for off-street parking, but were told to park on the street, then had to drag our suitcases through dirt to load the car. I've seen better attitude at Rs500-600 OYO hotels. Save your money and find somewhere else.
