The reception kept forgetting our requests, and the transport was a mess. Pickups and drop-offs were about an hour later than requested every day. They gave us one SUV and expected eight people to fit, and none of the cars had AC or were in good condition. Complaints got promises of fixes, but nothing was ever fixed. They charge ₹750 plus taxes for the lunch or dinner buffet, which felt higher than at places like IBIS, even though there weren't many dishes and the food didn't taste good. The first two days seemed okay, then a lot of problems became clear. Management doesn't seem to care, and the service is awful. The hotel holds dance parties with loud music all night, and we saw people arriving with guns. We couldn't sleep. Maintenance was poor too: towels weren't changed unless we asked, and we saw the same towels used to clean commodes. There was no hot water.

I've been here since May 2018, and it used to feel like a more luxurious place to live. Now basic room features don't work, and things have been left unattended for more than 2-3 months. I keep getting assurances, but that's all. I have to stay until I get the claim for my Sports Bike, which was stolen right beside the hotel while a guard was present. I hoped CCTV footage might help the police, but although cameras are installed, none work. A couple of floors are being renovated, so I hope the place returns to how it was. All the best to anyone planning to stay here.

During my stay, a blast in the sewer tank left me with a near-death experience. The management has refused to take responsibility. The service and infrastructure were terrible, and the hotel is run by bullies and goons. Avoid staying here, or you'll regret the money you spend. We're going to file a formal complaint against the property and keep updating the social forum to expose people who are playing with their customers' lives. Thanks, Prateush Srivastava Advocate

They even got me to give the hotel five stars in the booking app, and it was still a terrible stay. The place looks good but feels very unprofessional. The washrooms were unhygienic: we found pee around one of the toilet seats they showed us. The mattress was dirty too. Worst experience we've had.

The breakfast was the worst I've ever had, and the rooms and bathrooms were dirty. There was no water in the room, nobody helped us with our luggage, and the main door didn't even have a lock. The location was inconvenient, and it felt unsafe for couples. The staff were lazy, rude, and ill-behaved. Never stay here.
