Hotel Sakura by Maps Group

We had booked at least 25 rooms, but the service was ridiculous. Don't expect tea sachets, milk powder, tea bags, or cups promptly. The first day, they took an hour to send them. If you dial 9, they say to call 222, and if you call 222, they tell you to ask number 9. They were also unwilling to provide extra milk sachets or tea more than twice, so black tea may be your only option. They don't know how to speak properly. Guests or relatives can't come to meet you, and you can't ask for tea because their service is so unavailable. For corporate bookings this is the worst: employees who aren't staying at the hotel but come to work for just 3-4 hours can't be called in under their system. They also ask those employees for IDs, even when your company has an event.

A family member accidentally left her ID card at the hotel, and it was very difficult for us and the courier service to arrange pickup. My calls and the courier's calls often went unanswered. When someone finally picked up, their attitude and words were humiliating and arrogant. Important documents should be returned to guests without making the process so difficult. Arranging pickup and rescheduling it several times because of the lack of cooperation cost me extra. I'm extremely disappointed and shocked by the poor service. The experience has made me decide my company won't make corporate bookings at this hotel anymore.

The rooms were decent and clean, and service was prompt. I don't know much about the tariff, but it didn't seem that expensive. There's a pool too. The hotel is surrounded by a village, though, so don't expect much of a balcony view if you have one.

The worst hotel room experience I've ever had. The staff were terrible, especially gaurav, who even threatened people by misusing their submitted IDs. At checkout they charged three times the actual bill, and I have proof of everything. Keep your loved ones away for their safety.
