I rarely write reviews, but Hotel Shree Kanta was such a bad stay that I want to warn others. The food was stale and tasteless, and I got an upset stomach after eating what they called a fresh meal. At night, street traffic and loud guests made it noisy, and the doors barely locked, so security felt nonexistent. The room was filthy, with stained sheets, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff were rude and unhelpful, treating every request like a burden. There was no hot water, the AC was broken, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. They advertise these amenities, but none of them were usable. The photos on Google looked decent, but the reality was completely different. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. It was a total waste of money, and I regret booking. I would never recommend this place. Stay away.

The staff showed no concern when I complained, and offered neither an apology nor a solution. The room had damp walls, peeling paint, and looked old and neglected. It was nothing like the beautiful Google photos, with dirty floors, stained sheets, and a bathroom that smelled unclean. It felt as if the room had only been cleaned for the photo shoot, not for guests. If hygiene and honesty matter to you, don't stay here. A disappointing waste of money and time.
