I'm still staying here as I write this, and I've extended my stay for the whole time I'm here. The room service is awesome, and the hotel is amazing. I'm impressed with how hygienic the property is. They regularly offer daily cleaning and changes of the bedsheets, pillow covers and towels, which hotels rarely do. One thing I'd like them to improve is the electric sockets in the rooms. People working here shouldn't have to charge laptops from sockets that are far away. My experience has been awesome overall.

The food they served was spoiled. We asked them to replace it, but they refused. The roti had mold on it, and the messy rooms and awful service made this a waste of money. Unbelievable hotel.

The room attendant was incredibly kind and happy to change anything in the room when asked. Cleaning was good too, and they were some of the sweetest people at the hotel. It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel is about 2 km from DLF downtown, with autos and Swiggy easy to get. Just be aware that empty plates are charged for.

I've stayed here several times, and the quality seems to slip more each time. Quite a few rooms have mould, cockroaches, and bed bugs. Room 216 was absolutely full of the bugs. The staff are nice, though it sounds like these problems are outside their control. Wi-Fi is unreliable too, with either a weak signal or no speed. The location keeps most rooms booked.

The staff were friendly, and I had a good experience overall. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. I did notice that room prices change quite often, though.
