Hotel the Archer

The rooms were dirty, the service was awful, and the place is overpriced. They aren’t worth even ₹1000/night. The food was uncooked and unhygienic, and the staff, including the manager, were terrible. The manager didn’t seem to know anything. I’d stay somewhere else.

I wouldn’t add breakfast or dinner to a booking here. The food was so poor, breakfast had very few choices, and it tasted bad enough that I couldn’t eat it. The room quality was also very bad during my one-night stay, and the staff were rude and impolite. If you have to stay in an emergency, book just the room. If you have another option, go elsewhere.

We held our engagement at Archer Hotel & Resorts, and they made what should have been a happy day an awful experience. The biggest problem was lunch: guests waited until around 5 PM, because they forced us to pay the full bill before serving the food. When we complained later, they just said, “This is our policy.” The staff were uncooperative and unprofessional throughout. Electricity kept going during the function, and despite promises, no AC was arranged. They had said music would still be played if we skipped their DJ package, but not a single track was played. They also kept calling me and my husband about payments during the event, with no respect for the occasion. The decorator, Ms. Suman Bhati, did a poor job and didn’t even arrange basic things like stairs for the stage. I would never recommend Archer Hotel & Resorts for a special occasion.

We were 10 people staying at archer hotel gurgaon, and it was our worst experience ever. The rooms weren’t up to standard, and both the staff and manager argued with us.
