Hotel Vedanta By OYO Rooms

The staff were very polite, but the atmosphere didn't feel right to me, and I stayed only because I had no other option. The property is very old and seems to have had no renovation or other measures taken. At Rs1800, the room price didn't match the quality. The lift buttons are mismatched, though I eventually trained myself to press the right ones. When I asked for another room because I was tired, they said they'd already given me the best one and the others were more unpleasant. Stay alert.

I booked for three days because of office work, but ended up leaving the hotel after paying 1100. I was traveling alone and didn't want to argue. After I complained, they moved me again, but the same problems were still there, and they couldn't give me a key for the third room because they didn't have one. I had first been moved from room 1, which was very dirty and had a smelly bathroom, to room 2, where the bedsheets were dirty. They said they would change them before I got back from the office. I asked for a refund, and they first agreed to change me for half a day, but then charged me 1100. This Google Maps listing may be a fake placeholder. Awful experience. A woman's hair was on the floor, the washroom wasn't properly clean, and water pooled in the sink whenever I used it. There was no Wi-Fi connection on the third floor and no dustbin in the room. The washroom had no hand wash or soap either. When I asked, they provided soap.

Please don't ever book Hotel Vedanta. I booked rooms and a banquet for my wedding, but the rooms were very dirty and service was nonexistent. Sardar vijendra was rude and didn't cooperate with the arrangements. They're running a PG on the first two floors, so hotel customers aren't treated properly. A terrible experience.
