The hotel is behind a shop complex in Sadar bazar main market, near to kamala nehru park. The staff and management are nice, act politely, and I loved that.

They don’t let guests in, even when someone is just visiting. A terrible hotel.

The staff were so ill-mannered. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

The staff are rude, there’s no room service, and the owner is rude too. A terrible place to stay. Don’t book here, even as a last resort.
