The rooms were cleaned really well every day, and the staff were good. Breakfast was included with plenty of choices. They also provide a heater, though you have to ask for what you need. No problem with that. My only complaint is that there’s no elevator. I had a great stay.

A peaceful, lovely stay, with a good-sized room and helpful staff. The location was very nice too. Great place to stay.

We were in a basement room, and the stay made what had been a good trip feel irritating. The room and hotel were fine if you could manage more than 67 stairs. Three switches or sockets didn’t work, and the landline still wasn’t working after I complained four times. There was no phone network in room 204. When I asked about Wi-Fi, staff said, “Monkey ne wire kat di.” The bedsheet had lots of stains, the kind you know from hotels, and they changed it when I asked. They helped with our luggage when we arrived, but after checkout they asked for money to take it out of the room. We asked several times for the breakfast plates and cups to be cleared, but they stayed for two days. Tea spilled on the table and they didn’t clean it. The service was really bad, they just wouldn’t listen. With the bad network, having to keep going upstairs to speak to someone was a real hassle.

It’s in a quiet residential area, and the service is great. Food is very affordable too.
