Housr Sector 54 Suncity Gurgaon

The food they provide upsets my stomach, and the electricity bill seems exaggerated, about 50% higher than normal. There are bed bugs on the bed and dampness on the wall too. Management is slow to act when complaints are raised.

Mr. Daksh, the General Manager at Housr Suncity 54, deserves special thanks. He treats residents like family and is ready to help at every step, which made my stay comfortable and memorable. The property is beautiful and the service is excellent.

The room is spacious, pleasant and has some kitchen amenities, but at more than 40 thousand bucks I expected a top-notch setup. Instead, the king bed was covered with two single bedsheets laid over each other, there was no mug in the washroom, and the shower pressure was poor. Small things like that are hard to overlook at this price. It’s expensive for a 1bhk, and the window looks out onto a construction site, with no view.

It’s been more than four months, and despite thousands of follow-ups with area Manager Gagan Ramtani and Deepesh Kumar, my security deposit still hasn’t been returned. The team keeps ghosting me and missing promised refund dates without any explanation. Why the delay? Is there a logical explanation for this major issue? I’m asking for my refund as soon as possible, and an apology from Housr. Housr presents itself as safe, professional accommodation, but that hasn’t been my experience. I told the property managers that the night guard was drinking alcohol with outsiders during duty hours. The property and area managers are irresponsible and incompetent at their jobs, except when collecting deposits and monthly rent.
