We checked in at night and were welcomed just as warmly then, which I appreciated. They have parking for two-wheelers, a very useful facility. The room was spacious and good, although in the morning we noticed one bed leg was a bit broken. Breakfast was included, but I didn't care for it, apart from the toast, which was okay. Four stars for the service and welcome.

It's a residency in a residential area rather than a hotel, and it's economical for the money. The location in DLF Phase 2 is great for Gurugram. Breakfast was included, with options, and was hygienic, healthy, and tasty. The washrooms were clean, though a bit old. The TV screen was broken, making it a little hard to watch, even though it had subscriptions to all the HD Hindi and English channels.

We took two rooms and had already explained before checking in that we had more guests, but when we asked for an additional room for them, the staff refused and started arguing with us. The manager is a liar and disappeared during the night, while the other staff seemed ready to fight. The staff weren't very good, and nobody even asked whether we needed water in our rooms. Worst service ever.

It's a great location if you work at Cyber Hub. Deloitte USI, Airtel, and Citi bank are within walking distance. There are a few food options nearby, and it's close to both Rapid metro and Delhi metro.

The accommodation facilities are great. They do need to improve the food quality and the timing, though.
