The service, cleanliness, and atmosphere were excellent, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. Everyone was courteous, professional, and ready to help. The night receptionist, day receptionist, and lady receptionist were especially kind, attentive, and supportive, making things comfortable and stress-free. I really enjoyed staying here and recommend it for the good service and pleasant experience. Regards, Kalpesh Patel

The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our pleasant, comfortable stay. Mr. Lalit Kumar Chauhan, the Hotel Manager, personally checked in with us several times to see if we had any problems or needed anything beyond what had been promised. His attention and the supportive staff reflect a strong hospitality culture. Justa Gurgaon made us feel valued, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

Mr. Lalit Chauhan, the General Manager, made the stay especially memorable with his professionalism, warm hospitality, and personal attention to guest satisfaction. At Justa Hotel and Resort, the rooms were spotless and well maintained, with all the comfort I could ask for. The food was delicious and offered something for every taste, and the service was exceptional. From arrival, the staff made me feel welcome and took care of every detail. I highly recommend Justa Hotel for comfort, luxury, and great service, and look forward to visiting again.

I spent 14 days at Justa Gurgaon, and the service stayed consistent the whole time. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the stay very comfortable. Sonam, Nisha, Rajiv, Umesh, and Mahesh deserve special mention for their support. The welcoming, professional atmosphere and clean, well-kept rooms with all the necessary amenities made it suitable for both a short visit and a longer stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gurgaon.
