I won’t book this hotel again. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the rear building views of Leisure Valley Park were soothing. The location is central, with lots of good places to eat, drink, and enjoy nearby. But it’s next to night clubs, and the rooms are NOT sound proof. Noise from the clubs carried all night and affected sleep. Drunk guests yelled in the hallways until 4:30 AM, and the sound came straight into the rooms. I was put on a NON SMOKING floor, yet those guests smoked. The whole floor smelled of cannabis and tobacco, and the hotel didn’t stop it. I called the front desk many times overnight to complain about the noise, but nothing was done. They hear complaints and divert them. The room phone also made it hard to reach reception. I had to hang up 10 times before the 11th call connected. Check-in was poor too. No one offered water while I waited, and they didn’t tell me when the room was ready. I had to keep going to the desk to ask. When pressed, staff acted indifferent or said sorry to deflect. The hotel didn’t feel safe at night, and it’s a shame for the Lemon Tree Brand.

Staff were helpful and cooperative throughout, especially Miss.Renu and vivek, who were really good at their jobs and very supportive. Everyone was polite and professional, the service was quick, and my room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location also made it easy to reach nearby facilities. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We considered Lemon Tree (Sector 29 / Premier) for a corporate event for 25 people. The property itself seemed acceptable, but the sales experience was so unprofessional that we couldn’t move ahead. Utsav, our assigned sales representative, repeatedly failed to answer calls or messages. After several follow-ups, there was a short reply, then communication stopped again with no closure. Vibhor (F&B) made an effort to help, but said Nishita and Utsav had to close the deal. Neither of them responded. Even as I write this, there’s been no follow-up at all. That lack of ownership and respect for potential clients raises serious concerns about accountability, service standards, and business ethics. Organizations considering Lemon Tree for corporate events should expect poor responsiveness and an unreliable sales process. I’d strongly recommend looking at more professional and responsive hospitality partners.

Mostly good overall, though the breakfast buffet needs some work. The vanilla shake was bland, and the nuggets were cold and hard to chew. At check-in, the security guard picked up our luggage, but nobody came at checkout. Valet service to park the car and collect luggage would help. Still, I had a good experience and give full marks.

The staff were polite, but seemed confused and didn’t know what was going on. Our rooms weren’t ready at check-in, and this didn’t feel like an ideal place for a family trip. Basic requests weren’t met: we couldn’t get the rooms on time or have them close to one another, even though we had booked several. They gave an excuse about a complimentary upgrade, then charged us for an extra bed, so I’m not sure what was actually complimentary. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
