There isn't a restaurant within a 2/3 km. radius, apart from Bikanerwala, so guests have to rely on food apps. I booked a triple bedded room at Lime Tree sector 57,near Bikanerwala, Gurgaon expecting a nice stay, but it was a struggle. A property calling itself a hotel couldn't even serve a cup of tea, despite claiming to be a group of hotels with the best services. Management should stop calling it a hotel and call it Lime Tree Ashram instead.

Manager shivam was really nice, and the staff behaved well. The rooms were clean and nice too. A good stay at a very affordable price.

I was amazed by the staff member at sector 57, Mukul. His kindness and warm, humane way of treating me stood out. If people treated others like that everywhere, not just in hotels and hospitality, things would be great. Thank you so much, Mukul, for caring for me 😍🌹
