Mahak Residency By OYO Rooms

We went back to Manesar from Delhi after realizing we’d left a bag with a DSLR camera in one of our two rooms at Manesar with Mehak residency. At first the Manager gave us a small pouch and said that was all they’d found while cleaning. He refused our information about the bag and confidently told us to check for the camera. We showed him our check-in time and that we’d arrived with three bags, then the checkout record showing we left with only two. After that, he suggested searching every room, top floor to bottom, but we refused to go upstairs with them and asked to keep the video footage running. We saw a worker enter our room and come out holding something. The Manager turned off the video and took the keys to all the rooms. We noticed a bed at reception with storage boxes, so we asked them to check there. Our bag was in one of those boxes, hidden beneath blankets. Even then, the Manager didn’t rewind the footage and started fast-forwarding it instead. Absolute disgrace. We thought OYO rooms were genuine, but this was ridiculous. Everyone should check twice or three times before leaving a room. OYO should have genuine people working there.

Free Wi-Fi, cleaning, AC, TV, 24-hour bathroom water, and good privacy. It’s easy to find and useful if you need a room urgently, especially when your office is nearby.

I stayed for 3 days without any disturbance, and the stay was hassle-free. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very cooperative. Thanks to Mahak Residency staff members and the oyo team. 😊

We only stayed one night after changing our plans at the last minute, and getting anything was a struggle: drinking water, towels, dinner, even morning tea. It’s a very lousy hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it unless there’s no other place available.
