Masaga by Qcent

We spent three nights at Masaga Hotel and would happily come back. The room was spotless and spacious, and that bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. From check-in onward, the staff made us feel so welcome. A big thanks to the front desk team.

I attended a wedding dinner function at the MASAGA banquet on 08th Dec 2025, and the whole event went smoothly. The coordination behind the scenes was seamless, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail and guest. The venue's decor created a warm, elegant atmosphere. The food was fresh and flavorful, with generous portions, plenty of variety, and lovely presentation. It was a memorable experience, and I'd gladly return for another celebration. I highly recommend the Masaga banquet for anyone planning a high-quality event.

The location near Gurgaon Railway Station was perfect, and the service exceeded what I expected. My room was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend it!

The place was filthy and unhygienic, in a bad location, and had no parking. The people were very rude, with no ethics, and the management was really bad. They just want to take people's money without providing service. The food was stale and poor quality, and my family fell ill after eating it. They showed no humanity and looted us. They made my family suffer, and my function was badly spoiled. May God make them suffer as they made us suffer. They have no heart.
