Inde Hotel Golf Course Extension

I stayed for three nights and never got hot water. I told reception every day, but they kept saying “One minute, one minute” and didn’t fix it. The shower floor was disgusting, and I had to wipe down the bedroom floor and furniture tops with wet wipes. The room wasn’t very clean.

I checked into Inde Hotel, Golf Course Extension, on 3rd December 2025 for three days. I’d picked it after a good experience at Inde Hotel, Cyber City, but there were no rooms available there. This location was a big disappointment and nowhere near the hospitality standard I expected. Room No. 101 smelled bad and had visible dust in several places. The TV remote and cable connection didn’t work, and neither did the OTT platforms. An attendant connected the TV to the internet through my phone because the hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t working on my device. A technician was called, but a basic Wi-Fi problem took an unusually long time to sort out. The bathroom had no hot water or light, the washbasin was leaking, and the dustbin was so unhygienic it was nauseating. In winter, no hot water is completely unacceptable. I called several times and waited almost 30 minutes before an attendant came. They said there was a boiler problem and would bring a bucket of hot water. The bucket took another 30-40 minutes to arrive, and its poor quality made the place feel more like a third-class lodge than a reputed hotel. Google review wouldn’t let me upload the video, so I’m attaching pictures for reference. This stay was far below what I expected from the Inde brand. Please look into it seriously and take action so other guests don’t have to go through the same inconvenience.

Breakfast was a letdown, with too little food available and very few options. The Wi-Fi and television in my room didn’t work for the entire stay, which was inconvenient. I left disappointed and feel the hotel needs to improve both its facilities and service.

The rooms are spacious, and the basic amenities were there. Everything in the bathrooms worked, but my stay was still disappointing. There was no hot water when I asked for it, and they switch off the water heaters to save electricity. It felt like they didn’t care about making guests comfortable. Breakfast was very disappointing too, and the staff and managers seemed unconcerned about an easy, comfortable stay.
