I arrived at 1 in the night with my parents and family, and felt helpless having to check in and put up with the place. It looked nothing like the pictures, and I'd recommend avoiding this unverified property. Locks on the bathroom and main door didn't work, the lighting was very dim, the curtain was torn, and the flush was unreliable. There was no elevator or signboard, and since it looked like a villa, finding the hotel took more hunting. At night it was even harder in the dark, with no lights to guide you. There are much better places nearby. I cut my stay short and moved elsewhere, but still had to pay for 2 days. I called their customer don't care no. and they didn't help either.

The location was good, the rooms decent and the price fair. The first room had used sheets and pillows, but they changed it straight away and the staff were helpful. In the morning I waited half n he for tea, which I think they eventually forgot, so I left without breakfast.

I saw two rooms and there was no difference between them. Both had spotted walls, and I found strands of hair in the linen. The hygiene was awful and the linen dirty, this place shouldn't be called a hotel. Customer care didn't understand the concern and kept saying they could change the room. Don't book here.

The staff made me feel comfortable, and the customer service was excellent.
